EZ-Roller GCL Deployment System

Easy Roller is a patented system designed to improve the productivity of geosynthetic clay liner (GCL) installations and is comprised of:

• Two counter-rotating rollers that cradle the GCL with a start stop feature that allows for roll tensioning, wrinkle removal, and (24) inches of side shift capability for overlap placement. In addition, the reverse operation feature enables the rewinding of GCL rolls.
• A heavy duty stinger bar designed specifically to mount on a Caterpillar all terrain, extendable boom forklift with a Balderson quick connect style attachment system.

The Easy Roller system allows for:
